      My objective is to live my life being the best I can be, sharing my knowledge and experience to help improve the quality of life of others. I am a trainer, coach, consultant and motivator! For more then 20 years I have been a personal fitness trainer. It is my mission to provide services to the individual for their own personal health and fitness goals and desires. It is my whole hearted desire to make sure my clients attain their goals. Being healthy and fit will build self-esteem! Being a trouble shooter and problem solver by nature gives me the skills, and ability to work creatively with my clients, to maximize their success.
    
My career started in 1973 as an advanced swim instructor and life guard. In 1988 I studied and apprenticed to become a personal trainer/ fitness specialist. In 1989 I had a prestigious contract with the U.S. Navy. I trained and counseled Navy officers for proper nutrition and fitness, at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. for over 6 years. I have trained and counseled hundreds of individuals. With volunteer work for the local, Boys and Girls clubs of America, I had the opportunity to developed excellent skills relating to and working with children. I became a licensed Sports Nutritionist in 2005.

     My clientele are all ages and genders. Many of my clients come to me for help with:
orthopedic rehabilitation, post knee replacement surgery, post back surgery, shoulder problems, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Some with medical problems, such as: Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Hypertension, High cholesterol, Diabetes, Obesity, Mild Cognizant Disorder, Eating Disorders and other conditions. 
     Many have been healthy individuals, whom desire to become more fit or have special goals to execute. I have trained and coached several professional and amateur athletes for sports conditioning, including: golf, swimming, cycling, equestrian/rodeo, surfing, skiing, snow boarding, running, tennis, body building, fitness competition and power lifting.

     I review and set up nutrition plans for most clients. When the body is fed properly, the result is increased productivity. I promise results because I am confident with my ability to design an effective program for the individual.
     By attending fitness workshops and continuing education courses, I keep up with the latest fitness information and trends.
