One act of fitness can keep the Earth healthy!

The first Earth Day was April 22, 1970. My sister's and I rode our 10 speed bicycles 13 miles one way to school to participate. We were so proud to be part of such a wonderful event for the Earth! My memory of that day had me come up with " Green Fridays" for a continuation of Earth Day!

California is magnificent! A great time to contribute to energy conservation and keeping the earth healthy!

Promote fit bodies for a fit planet!

Be fit everyday and walk or ride a bike!

Park your cars and burn calories!

Bring sack lunch to work, one less trip to town!

Burn calories! Boost energy! Walk to restaurants, walk back!
