I have been cooking since I was old enough to see over the counter. Once I cooked the bacon so high my mom ended up with a new kitchen OOOPS! I was 15 years old then! A very frightening experience but one I learned from, and no one got hurt! So be careful. Always have a fire extinguisher handy in the kitchen just in case. It is best not to leave an active kitchen un attended! I personally don't like even leaving the crock pot on if I leave the house.
The recipes posted on my site are mine. I am an experimental chef but have a great success record for preparing healthy meals that really taste great too.I try to use organic ingredients in all my meals. Try them out, let me know how it works out for you. Questions and comments are welcome. If you don't like something let me know and the reason why! Constructive criticism only. These are not diet foods!!!!!Just healthy! I include approximated food counts for those who need them. I use the word approximate because some food ingredient can be slightly different because of brand, freshness etc.
